James Huckaby is a dedicated father of zero who recently was awarded a grant to continue his observations of sea tortoises on the Discovery channel and hopes that the next "Shark Week" will be as good as the last. His accomplishments include the discovery of navel lint metaphysics and the fractal-chaotic nature of missing socks.

James graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1995 after an excellent public eduction in Pryor, Oklahoma. He has worked on software since that time for Lockheed Martin, ViaGrafix, Learn2.com, WilTel and Level 3 Communications. He enjoys watching OU football and is a shodan in Judo.

He is still working on his first novel, and working days as a Software Engineer for Visionael Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A proud owner of many pieces of paper, James enjoys his pastimes of doodling and taking messages.

Recently earning the prestigious "Alfred E. Neumann" prize for bad hair, James accepted with these words, "You could have told me a few hours ago. I hate you all."
